Ordering from Aurora Silk
We generally try to process orders in the sequence that we receive them. However, orders placed through our website are shipped faster than orders placed over the phone due to the extra time it takes us to write up phone orders and process the payment. We try to get orders shipped within one week of payment. You will be notified via email if there is going to be a delay in shipping your order.
Order Online
- Use our online shopping cart system and pay via PayPal. Just click "Add
To Cart" by the products you wish to buy.
- Click "View Cart" when you are ready to check out.
- You can pay using your PayPal account, or with a debit or credit card.
Your order will be sent through PayPal's secure servers and we will not
receive your credit card information at all.
Order by Phone or Mail
- For phone orders call us at (503) 286-4149 on Monday through Thursday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm (Pacific Time). We accept Visa and Mastercard.
- For mail orders send your order with a check to: Cheryl Kolander,
