Custom Dyeing with Natural Dyes

Notice: The Aurora Silk dyestudio is in the process of remodeling. Orders for custom dyed colours will be accepted with the understanding that delays may occur due to this restructuring.

In addition to the various dyed fabric, yarns, and fibers on this site, Cheryl offers custom dyework on your own fabric or textile items.

Custom natural dyeing of fabric is $20 to $30 per yard for labor depending on the fabric and lengths. Dyes are charged at wholesale cost, and this can vary a lot by colour and weight of fabric.

Cheryl can dye material you send her or obtain specialty fabrics to dye for you. She can dye any of her 120 standard colors, create a custom color or several colors, do custom tie-dye, or match a color sample you provide.
